Return & Exchange Policy

At Bella Ling, we take pride in offering a curated selection of luxury pre-loved pieces — each item carefully sourced from individual private sellers and thoroughly authenticated by our in-house experts.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our collection, we apply distinct return and exchange policies based on the method of purchase.

Online Purchases

We accept returns for online orders only, under the following conditions:

• A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, and with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or missing components will not be accepted for return.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We require a valid tracking number for all returns; Bella Ling is not responsible for lost parcels without tracking.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every item sold by Bella Ling undergoes a stringent multi-point authentication process. In the exceptional case that an item is proven inauthentic, we will issue a full 100% refund immediately upon verification.

In-Store Purchases

Due to the nature of in-person purchases and the opportunity to view items closely at the time of sale, all in-store purchases are final and non-refundable.

However, we are pleased to offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is:

• In original condition
• Unused and unworn
• Returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories

Items purchased in-store are sold as seen, and we encourage clients to inspect them carefully before completing a purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval.
