Refund & Exchange Policy

At Bella Ling, we curate authenticated, one-of-a-kind luxury pieces from the world’s most respected fashion houses. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collection, all sales are governed by the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to protect the integrity of our pieces while ensuring clarity, transparency, and trust.

1. In-Store Purchases — Final Sale

All purchases made in-store are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

An exchange only may be considered strictly under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included
• The original receipt is required
• Exchanges are limited to items of equal or greater value only
• Replacement items must be selected from our current in-store inventory

Please note:

• Store credit is not offered
• Due to the unique nature of our inventory, availability of similar items cannot be guaranteed
• Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in the exchange being declined

2. Online Purchases — 7-Day Return Window

For online purchases, we offer a 7-day return or exchange window, beginning from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must notify us at bellaling@bella-ling.com within 7 calendar days of delivery
• Items must be returned unworn, unused, and unaltered
• All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
• Returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured service

Bella Ling accepts no responsibility for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

After Inspection

All returned items are subject to inspection and approval:

• Approved returns may be eligible for a refund to the original payment method or an exchange
• Items that do not meet our return criteria will be rejected and returned to the customer

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refund processing may take up to 30 business days, depending on your payment provider

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items showing any signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage
• Items marked as final sale, including those purchased during promotions, special events, or private sales
• Certain fine jewellery and high-value collectibles, which are subject to enhanced review and stricter conditions

To further our promise of trust, Bella Ling has established its own independent in-house authentication house — a dedicated operation led by trained professionals whose sole focus is verification and quality assurance. Every item is examined through a comprehensive, multi-stage authentication process, including:

• Material integrity and craftsmanship analysis
• Brand-specific construction and serial verification
• Hardware, stitching, engraving, and finishing inspection
• Cross-referencing against verified brand archives and expert databases

Every item is fully verified and approved before it reaches our clients. This in-house capability is the foundation of Bella Ling, enabling us to offer what very few retailers can: absolute confidence and complete peace of mind.

In the highly unlikely event that an item is ever conclusively proven to be inauthentic, Bella Ling will provide a 100% full refund, without exception.
